You may remember last year that we attended the Hillsong Christmas concert at Wembley Arena and I was just a little bit obsessed with the daydream of someday playing with the London-based church. Well, it happened and it was brilliant!
Thanksgiving. Yum. Last year was a bit of a blur since we hopped on a plane to England the day after stuffing our faces with meat and casseroles galore. So Jason was excited to cook a giant feast with all the fixings.
For Lena second birthday we rented the local tumble gym for an hour and let the kids run wild. We are blessed to have an amazing community of both friends and family who love Lena as if she was their own. Despite many of them not having young children, everyone came out to watch the birthday girl show off her gymnastics moves.
Consider me an overachiever because I didn't just yell, I exorcised that baby out. Picture every primal noise every made and throw in all the swear words you know - that was me. I wanted that baby out so bad I didn't care
Rather than have a full-blown wedding, The Sarge and I opted for a 3-minute ceremony at a Tucson courthouse attended by our two best friends. We spent a large portion of our time before the "ceremony" taking pictures of the people around us.
