An alternate title for this post might be something along the lines of "Little Girls' Brains Explode from Sheer Excitement and Delight." I'm not sure words will do justice to the excitement that ensued on this particular outing but hopefully the excessive photos will give you an inkling of the magic that was the Audley End Enchanted Fairy and Elf Walk.

Point Defiance Zoo

A few days before we flew back to England, my mom set up a playdate with some of the newest members of the Christiansen clan. We met up with Marit and her daughter Freyja at the Pt. Defiance Zoo for a drizzly day of animal gazing with our four kids.

A moving company is coming to our house tomorrow to "assess" our belongings and officially start the paperwork portion of our move to England. I'm sure they see all varieties of homes but for some reason, I felt the need to clean. I'm pretty sure it's because my mom is more OCD than Martha Stewart. And just as a sidenote, the sounds of sewing machines, wooden looms and vacuums all make me feel at home.
